K Refund policy for the 6-month and 1-year ICOG courses
 
  • More than 15 days before the course start date: A 20% deduction will be applied to the training fee. The exam fee and the remaining training fee will be refunded.
  • Within 15 days of the course start date: A 30% deduction will be applied to the training fee. The exam fee and the remaining training fee will be refunded.
  • Within 16–30 days of the course start date: A 50% deduction will be applied to the training fee. The exam fee and the remaining training fee will be refunded.
  • More than 1 month after the course start date: No refund will be provided for the training fee. However, the exam fee remains refundable.
