I How to apply & Procedure
 
  • Criteria: FOGSI membership & Post Graduation in Ob-Gyn mandatory.
  • Fulfil the criteria as per application form. Confirm the seat with Centre Head for batch (January or July).
  • Hard copy of signed Application form with training period, Qualification proofs & Cheque/DD in favour of FOGSI to be sent to FOGSI office OR Soft copy of signed Application form with training period, Qualification proofs to be sent by ICOG Email as office@fogsi.org and ask for bank details for payment transfer.
  • ICOG Office will send confirmation by email with cc to your Centre after verification so as to join for joining.
  • After completing training, Candidate has to appear for Examination.
  • Office will inform the Exam dates by email.
  • 60% (120/200) is the passing marks to issue Certificate.
  • Rs. 10,000/- to be paid for re-examination fee if unsuccessful.
